My custom character! I've been thinking about her clothes for a loong time... She's the 12-year-old sister of Blaze, having ice powers such as the Ice Punch and the Blizzard Blast. She also had been plagued by nightmares for a long time. I think she suits the role of Blaze's sister quite well, even if that ice meme has been overdone.
